01 — Reality first
We start from what is actually happening: your real hours, real numbers, real pipeline. Plans built on wishes fall apart in the second week.
// cloudberry hub — independent coaching, online
Cloudberry Hub is the coaching practice of Yohei Miyazaki. I work with early-stage founders and freelancers who are busy but unsure whether the work they do each week actually moves the business forward.
No income or revenue promises. Coaching is educational and advisory; results depend on your own work and circumstances.
// about me
My name is Yohei Miyazaki and Cloudberry Hub is my practice. My background is in operations and small-team project work, which is where I learned something simple: most early businesses do not fail because the founder lacks ideas. They stall because there are too many ideas, no ranking between them, and no honest review of what happened last week.
So my sessions are not motivational talks. They are structured working conversations. You bring a real situation — a pricing decision, a stalled launch, a client who keeps expanding the scope, a week that disappeared into small tasks — and we take it apart until you can see the options and pick one. You leave with something written down, not just a good feeling.
I keep the practice small on purpose. I would rather work carefully with a handful of people than run a large group program where nobody is really seen.
// fit
I usually help
Probably not a fit
We start from what is actually happening: your real hours, real numbers, real pipeline. Plans built on wishes fall apart in the second week.
Most weeks can hold one meaningful project. Deciding what to postpone is a decision, not a failure.
Every session ends with notes: the decision, the next step, the date, and how we will know whether it worked.
The goal is that you can run your own weekly review without me. Dependence on a coach is not a good outcome.

All formats are online. Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes. Payment is made after we agree that the format fits.
Format 01
€120 / 60 minutes
A single focused conversation about one question you are stuck on: how to price a new service, whether to take on a difficult client, how to structure your week.
Format 02 — most chosen
€780 / 8 sessions
The main way I work. Weekly sessions over two months, moving from an honest audit to a planning system you run yourself.
Format 03
€170 / 90 minutes
A deeper look at one project, offer or client relationship. You send materials in advance — numbers, proposal, funnel, whatever exists — and I review them before we meet.
What coaching can realistically give you: clearer priorities, a planning routine you keep, better decision-making under pressure, and fewer weeks lost to unfocused work. What it cannot give you is a guaranteed financial result — anyone promising that is not being honest with you.
// process
Use the form below or email me directly. Tell me briefly what you do and what is currently blocked. Two paragraphs are plenty.
A free 20-minute video call so we can both check the fit. If another kind of specialist would serve you better, I will say so and suggest what to look for.
You choose a single session, a case review or the eight-week track. I send the scope, price and schedule in writing before any payment.
Sessions run by video call at a fixed weekly time where possible. After each one you receive written notes with decisions and next steps.
// what you take away
Nothing from a session stays only in the conversation. After every meeting you receive a short written record: the decision we reached, the next step, the date it is due, and the signal that will tell us whether it worked. Over eight weeks that record becomes your own operating document.
By the end of the track most clients have three things they did not have before: a one-page view of their offers and prices, a weekly review they actually run, and a habit of deciding what not to do this week. Those are process outcomes — they make good decisions more likely, but they are not a promise about your revenue.
// questions
No, and I would be suspicious of anyone who does. I can promise structure, honest feedback, careful preparation and a method you can keep using. Business results depend on your market, your execution, your capital and factors none of us control. I do not make income claims.
If you have a real activity — even a small one with a few clients or a first paid project — there is enough material to work with. If you have only an idea and no action yet, a single session is usually a better starting point than the eight-week track.
I am a practitioner, not an academic. My work comes from operations and small-team project experience, plus continuing study in coaching methodology. I am not a licensed therapist, accountant, lawyer or financial adviser, and I will refer you to one when a question belongs to them.
English or Japanese. Please tell me your preference in your first message.
By video call. I send a link before each session. All you need is a stable connection and an hour without interruptions.
Yes. I do not share your business information, documents or session content with anyone, and I do not use your case as marketing material without separate written permission. See the Privacy Policy for how data is stored.
Yes. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in full in the Refund Policy.
Occasionally, with small teams up to about five people. Beyond that the questions become organisational rather than founder-level, and a consultant with that specialisation is a better choice.
Plan for one to three hours a week. The sessions are where we decide; the week is where the work happens. Clients who skip the between-session work usually see little change, and I will raise it if that pattern appears.
Tell me and we stop. For the eight-week track, unused sessions are refunded according to the Refund Policy. I would rather end early than continue something that is not working.
