Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Coaching services are provided under the name Cloudberry Hub by Yohei Miyazaki, an independent business coach acting as a private individual (sole practitioner), operating the website cloudberryhub.com. No company is registered and therefore no registration number applies. All services are provided remotely; there is no public office and no walk-in visits are possible. 2. Nature of the service

Coaching is an educational and advisory service consisting of structured conversations, written notes and recommendations. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical or psychotherapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional in any of those fields. You remain fully responsible for every decision you take in your business.

3. No guarantee of results

No specific business, financial, revenue or income outcome is promised, implied or guaranteed. Results depend on your own decisions, effort, resources, market conditions and other factors outside the coach's control. Any examples discussed in sessions are illustrative and are not a prediction of your results.

4. Booking, formats and prices

Available formats and prices are listed on the home page: individual session €120 (60 minutes), case review €170 (90 minutes), eight-week structured track €780 (8 sessions). Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes. Before payment you receive the scope, price and schedule in writing. A booking is confirmed once payment for the agreed format is received.

5. Scheduling, lateness and no-shows

Sessions are held at agreed times by video call. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice. With less notice the session may be treated as delivered. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. If the coach must reschedule, you are offered a new time or a refund of that session.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to attend prepared, to do the agreed work between sessions, and to seek licensed professional advice where a question requires it. You must not record sessions without prior written consent.

7. Payment

Payment is due before the session or block of sessions begins, using the method indicated in the written confirmation. For the eight-week track, payment may be agreed in instalments; unpaid instalments suspend further sessions until settled.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU, and refund calculations are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Both sides keep the content of sessions confidential. Your business information is not shared with third parties and is not used as marketing material without your separate written permission. Disclosure may occur only where required by law.

10. Intellectual property

Website texts, worksheets, templates and session materials remain the property of Yohei Miyazaki. You may use them freely inside your own business but may not resell, republish or distribute them as your own product.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service concerned. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Ending the engagement

Either side may end the engagement in writing at any time. Unused sessions are handled under the Refund Policy. The engagement may be ended immediately for abusive conduct or unlawful requests.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the coach's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country of residence. Insert your actual country of residence here before publishing.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
